How do I use the AI Resume Enhancer?
Go to the AI Resume Enhancer, upload your resume and a job description, and add optional comments. The tool improves grammar and clarity and aligns keywords for ATS. If you have questions about results or formatting, email support@careergain.ai with your session ID.
Billing, upgrades, and cancellations
You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your account. If you’re stuck, write to support@careergain.ai from your account email and we’ll help quickly. Please include your plan and the last 4 characters of your subscription ID.
Do you store my resume or job description?
We store only what’s needed to provide the service and to help with support requests, and we automatically delete all uploaded resumes, job descriptions, and session data after 1 day.
Why didn’t I receive a reply?
Check your spam folder and make sure you can receive email from @careergain.ai. If you still haven’t heard back within one business day, please send a follow-up to support@careergain.ai.
Do you offer help for non-native English speakers?
Yes. CareerGain is designed for non-native English speakers who want professional, clear resumes. If you want personal feedback, mention this in your message when you contact CareerGain, and we’ll point you to the best resources.
